Chimney Cleaning

 Includes mechanical brushing of surfaces and removal of

dislodged soot and creosote; visual inspection from above and below of flue tiles, mortar joints and bricks, (or Class A chimney and pipes); inspection and testing of all related components (i.e., cap, damper, doors, and screens);

inspection of chimney crown, slab cap, chase cover, and flashing when present.

Your actual fee may be slightly higher or lower and is determined by

how tall and how dirty we find your chimney to be. When power cleaning with rotary tool is

needed to remove hard glazed creosote, add $100+.

Actual cost varies based on chimney height, preparation

Chimney Inspection

  • Visual Inspection-only: $149.00 Inspection fee is fully refundable when
